The device´s construction and sheet metal parts are made of AISI 304 material.

It features an ergonomic design that provides convenience in every aspect for the user.

Adjustable feet are available on the device.

The device is designed for countertop use.

The cooking plate of the device is heat-resistant, made from ST52 steel with a thickness of 12 mm. Additionally, the front panel sheet is 1 mm AISI 304, top panel sheet is 1 mm AISI 304, body side sheets are 1 mm AISI 430, rear chimney construction cover sheet is 1 mm AISI 430, and chimney ventilation sheet is 1.5 mm AISI 304.

When the oil in the oil tray reaches its capacity and is not emptied, it overflows through overflow holes at the front, preventing oil from accumulating inside the device.

The drawer is designed to be easily removed and cleaned.

The device allows separate control of bottom and top heaters. Bottom heaters are controlled by a thermostat in the range of 50°C to 300°C. Top heaters are controlled by a thermostat in the range of 50°C to 250°C.

The device includes 2 pieces of 1500 W bottom heaters and 2 pieces of 1500 W top heaters in the cooking chamber.

Uniform temperature distribution on the cooking plate is achieved through the resistors and thermostat control used inside the device.

Next to the temperature control knob on the device, there are two signal lamps of different colors. The green signal lamp indicates that the device is receiving power. The yellow signal lamp indicates that the resistors are active. It remains lit until the desired temperature is reached, and then it goes out.

The device can store and quickly switch between 6 different time settings using its electronic card.

When the top heater is switched off, the selected program enters patrol mode and counts down the previously set time. When the time ends, the top heater automatically turns on and emits a warning sound.

With the position between the top and bottom heaters closed, adjustments can be made using the handle on the device. The distance adjustment can be made by turning clockwise or counterclockwise, setting a distance between 0-25 mm.

To prevent sticking of the product, an easy-to-clean and heat-resistant Teflon material is used for the top heater. It is recommended to remove and clean it at the end of the day.
